How do renewals of subscriptions work?

You will receive 45 days and 15 days before the expiration of a subscription a reminder. This reminder will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address with which the customer at XsOnline is registered. The customer can then renew through his or her account. If you don't renew, the subscription will be terminated automatically.
