Before you log into PhpMyAdmin, you will first need to create a MySQL user. You can do this by clicking on Databases -> Add New Database. Next, go to: http://www.yourdomain.com/phpmyadmin/
If this doesn't work, you can also create a database in your web hosting Control Panel.
